Can I change the due date of my insurance premium?

How do I order an e-invoice for my insurance?

You can order an e-invoice in your own online bank. After selecting the invoicer, the insurance number, which is usually in the format xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx, should be entered as the identification information for the invoicer. Please note that e-invoicing starts two months after you have placed an e-invoice order in your online bank.

How do I change the beneficiary(s) of my insurance?

How do I terminate my insurance?

The termination of insurance varies from insurance to insurance and situation to situation. The insurance related to the credit is terminated through the bank that issued the credit. I have paid off the loan, when does my insurance expire?

Compensation is not paid if the insured person is laid off. If the lay-off lasts more than 200 days or leads to dismissal for production and economic reasons, compensation is paid for the first day of unemployment after the lay-off has changed to dismissal.

Is tax withheld on compensation?

The taxable nature of the compensation depends on the type and to whom the compensation is paid. Monthly allowances related to unemployment and disability are taxable income. According to the instructions of the tax authority, tax is withheld from the compensation in accordance with the additional percentage or the tax card provided for this benefit. If the tax card is not delivered to our company, 50% tax will be deducted from the compensation. For other compensation, eg. How do I make a complaint?

If you are dissatisfied with the compensation decision and would like your application to be reviewed again, please send a written request with a justification to our company and attach any new documents for the claim processing. If the matter is not resolved by contacting the insurance company and requesting a review, you have the opportunity to request that the matter be handled by FINE (Insurance and Financial Advisory Services).
